“We are thrilled to be working side by side with DTS. Tom and Dane have been friends for years, and are two of the most honest and ethical people I have met”, said Steve Wilder, CITCA president. “When we began discussions, the synergy was immediately obvious, and when we realized we our training programs were not competitive with one another, combining our resources to broaden what we can both offer our clients was clearly a winner for everyone…DTS, CITCA, and our clients. We are excited beyond words!”
Tom Dover, president of Dover Telecommunication Services, added “We are pleased to make this joint announcement with CITCA and look forward to working with an industry leader in safety and compliance training. The combination of safety and supporting technology provides an important service to the wireless industry. We look forward to working with CITCA, their partners and customer by providing quality training and support services to our clients.”
A successful technical training program is critical for any company hiring new employees in this industry. Many contracts require documented training completion, as well, as government required safety training. In addition, in such a competitive and growing employee base, training can be the differentiator. Both DTS and CITCA incorporate classroom and significant hands-on portions in their training programs. Hands-on is an important part of any training of field personnel and both companies realize and emphasize this in their courses. This partnership will give companies a convenient option to meet all of these needs.
