DTS Cancellation Policy

Training Seminars & Live Training

Dover Telecommunication Services (DTS) reserves the right to cancel a class due to low student enrollment or other unforeseen factors three weeks prior to the scheduled date and location.  Each pre-registered student will receive notice via e-mail and/or telephone within 24 hours after cancellation has occurred. The class will proceed and new registrations will be accepted up to the first day of training when a class minimum of six (6) students have been registered.

When cancellation occurs, pre-registered students will receive either a full refund or application of the registration fee to another DTS class.  DTS does not assume responsibility for travel or change fees associated with course cancellations.

A full registration refund is given for student cancellations received ten or more business days prior to the course’s start date. Substitutions are allowed at no charge and no shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Cancellation of on-line Training

Requests for cancellation of on-line training should be sent via e-mail to sales@doverts.com. Requests for cancellation must be received prior to the first log-in of the student enrolled in a course or seminar via the DTS website. Refunds will not be given for partial completions or course failure.  DTS will gladly re-assign a student to a new course once payment is received and prior to initial log-in of a specific course.

Refunds will be given using the payment method used for initial registration.
