DTS General Terms and Condition of DTS Website Use

Thank you for visiting our website, owned and operated by Dover Telecommunication Services, Inc. (DTS). Our site is designed to deliver training and technical support services to anyone interested in learning more about the telecommunication industry and/or safety related subjects.  DTS is solely responsible for content and operation of this internet site.

These Terms and Conditions which constitutes an agreement are a binding legal contract between you and Dover Telecommunication Services, Inc. (DTS), and governs your use of doverts.com referred to as the website; including any subdomains thereof. We ask you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. By using our website and services including on-line delivery of training courses and applications, you accept the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement or introduce new terms and conditions from time to time, in which case we will post an updated version of this Agreement and indicate a new “last modified” – date at the top of this document.  If you continue to use this Service after we post changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified and updated. We reserve the right to deny access to our website and subsequent services to anyone who violates this Agreement or who, in our judgment, interferes with the ability of others to use and enjoy this Service or infringes on the rights of others.

Service Agreement & Registration:

To obtain access to certain products and services offered via DTS, you may be required to register with us; Children under the age of 14 may not register for the Service. You agree the information you supply during the registration process will be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any user name, in our judgment, we deem inappropriate, offensive, or false. When you register for DTS services, you may be able to use your login credentials for additional applications and or services such as on-line training courses. In addition, you may be given an opportunity to register with one of our partners, affiliates, or service providers either owned or partnered with DTS. When co-registering with these providers you agree by reference to abide by their Terms and Conditions of Service.

We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions of Affiliates and Partners prior to registering or using their service, or purchasing their products. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, DTS will not be liable for the content of or any services provided by any affiliate, other than services provided directly by DTS.

Additionally, DTS fully recognizes the copyright, trademark and ownership of properly licensed material by other individuals and companies; including contracted DTS instructors, re-sellers and sales agents.

DTS DOES NOT COLLECT, HOLD OR HAVE VISIBILITY TO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. ALL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING IS CONDUCTED VIA OUR TRANSACTION PARTNERS AND WE DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, NOR CAN WE ACCESS IT AT A LATER DATE. Our credit card processors have their own set of Terms, Policies and Privacy Statements. Therefore, we have no responsibility or liability for policies enacted and enforced by transaction processors. When you purchase Products or Services, you may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions specific to your purchase. At checkout you will be asked to accept the DTS Terms and Conditions, which is this document. DTS provides training services and in some cases manuals, digital media and other supporting resources as promotional items.  We do not warrant our products, nor do we warrant products of our affiliates and partners.  Therefore, we prove the products and services “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement or fitness of our products.   WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
